ok, so it's a slightly delayed New Year's resolution....
and mostly because I am lazy and spring only arrived here very recently....
this morning i got up early and walked/jogged 2 miles.....i hope to do this 4-5 days a week. i'd like to work my way up to 4 miles, and to jog all of it....i started out walking because i didn't want to overdo it and be too sore and have an easy excuse to skip it tomorrow. so i'm starting out slowly and working my way up. i've got to do something---i'm sick of myself, and i need to be healthier. sure, i'm all about being green for the planet, but what about being green for myself?
i am tired and sore, but i am glad i did it. now if i can just keep on doing it....
