Now, onto my poesy:
The twins are now officially four years old--
And although outside the weather is oh so cold,
We must schlep to Costco today to get the party goodies and cake
Because I am a bad mom and I simply refuse to bake.
We're having pizza tonight for dinner
Which must make me a real sinner...
Because Hanukkah begins tonight
So pepperoni we'll have & candles we'll light!
Normally Hanukkah's first night is nicer but I'm in a daze
Since it coincides with the girls' birthday craze.
I'm determined to make their party nice
Even if it means killing myself once or twice.
So latkes, blintzes, and brisket will have to wait--
For tomorrow morning we have a hot date
With the glorious Funky Mama of Kansas City fame!
All the kids love her, can't you tell by her name?
Check out her song called "Grandma's House" and listen a bit
Call your kids over to hear, it's one of her greatest hits!
My girls are beyond excited and we are too.
If we can just get through the long list of to-dos!

Adorable poem Erin! Have a wonderful weekend ya' sinner!
Hey Erin. Happy Hanukkah! I gave you a shout out over on my blog!
Enjoy the pizza, you heathen you! LOL! (I don't do the meatless Fridays like I should except during Lent. I guess I'll be a sinner right along with you!)
Happy birthday to them!
Pretty much everything has been put on hold here, to celebrate my son' 5th!
Happy Hanukkah Erin! Loved the poem, and pizza!
Happy Hanukkah friend!
Congrats to the winner! What fun...
I'm so sad we won't get to hear Funky Mamma. Have a wonderful party and don't forget to sneak into the bathroom for a quick shot or two
Oh how I love it when a sinner can laugh :) Happy Birthday to your girls!!
Happy Hanukkah! Happy birthday to the girls!
Happy Hanukkah! Enjoy the holidays with your beautiful girls!
Happy Hannukkah my girl! I think that pizza and a menorah go quite well together (realize I say this as a person who has chicken wings from the chicken wing joint on Christmas Eve) . . . maybe you just started a new tradition for your family!:) I'll be thinking of you and your craziness this week. Enjoy the holiday.
Latkes and blintzes sound good. One of these days I'm going to have to get some Jewish friends in real life, so I can try some of this stuff instead of just reading about it. Come to my town and you'll get runny Greek chili and sausage.
Love the poem. Have a wonderful weekend. I'll be thinking of you!
I was going to call your poem gay, but only because I didn't win anything.
I guess it's not though. Might even be kind of cute iffen I HAD JUST WON A FREAKIN COFFEE COOZY THAT I'LL NEVER USE!
Ahem.
Anyway, your poem=not gay.
Great poem!! Have a great weekend!

Happy Hanukkah Erin! Happy Friday!! Have a great weekend!! ;)
You are seriously the cutest thing in the world.
And congrats to Cynthia!!
Aw, thanks for the shout out and the linky love :) So sweet. Can't wait for the green goods to arrive--I can't stand plastic bags (just took the ones I was unfortunate enough to have to the grocery store's recycling box this morning). And the coffee cozy is perfect timing because I lost one at work just last week :)
Happy Hanukkah, Erin!

Happy Birthday to the girls! And Happy Eight Craaaazy Nights, too.
Happy Hannukah!! And Happy Birthday to your cutie-pies, too!
Read your last few posts. I'm way behind. Love the pregnant photos...terrific. Honestly...you were one of those all in the belly gals. I was one of those...pregnant from head to foot gals. Not pretty being 5 ft tall and pregnant. Happy Hannukah...I think pizza is perfect! Hope you have an amazing b-day celebration. Love, Holly
Too funny, hubby and my daughter had Wal-mart pepperoni/sausage pizza for dinner and when I spoke to my parents the pizza delivery guy was just getting there. ;) Happy Chanukah!
That is just the cutest, silliest poem! Happy Hanukkah!!!
Happy Hanukkah. My son's Montessori class celebrated today by making latkes. He's been singing the Dreidel song all day and wearing this cute little crown that they made at school. Hanukkah is fun!
Hope that the girls have a great party. Griffin is having an early b-day party tomorrow as well. We're off to Pump it up with a Publix cake.

I'm not sure what a poesy is (I'm guessing it's some sort of poem), but whatever it is, I like it.
Sounds like the best day ever for four year old girls!
Happy Hanukkah!
